Terms of Service

About These Terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Out the Matrix, Inc. By using the site or submitting a form, you acknowledge these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What This Website Is
This website provides information about Out the Matrix, Inc. and allows visitors to submit inquiries. Submitting a form through this website — a housing inquiry, a referral, an employer or sponsorship inquiry, or a general message — is a request for information. It is not an application for admission, it does not reserve a room or bed, and it does not create an agreement of any kind.
No Guarantee of Availability or Admission
An inquiry does not guarantee admission, an available bed, housing, employment, treatment placement, financial assistance, or any particular result. Availability depends on property readiness, eligibility, location, applicable requirements, and program capacity. Any pricing shown on this site is informational and is not a quote.
Room and Board Scope
Out the Matrix's residential role is to provide room and board: accommodations, meals, and the housing-related services expressly included in each resident's written agreement.
Personal care, medication services, nursing, therapy, treatment, and ongoing protective supervision are not included in the room-and-board offering. Residents may arrange those services directly with independent, appropriately licensed or authorized providers under separate agreements. Using an outside provider does not automatically exempt a property from licensing or permitting requirements.
Your written agreement and quote — not this website — govern what is included, what costs extra, and the terms of your stay. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
Not a Substitute for Emergency or Clinical Services
This website is not a substitute for emergency services, licensed medical care, mental-health treatment, substance-use treatment, or legal representation. Clinical services are provided only by independently licensed professionals or organizations. If someone is experiencing an immediate medical, mental-health, overdose, or safety emergency, call 911 or contact the appropriate local emergency service.
