Each participant works from a clear, written development plan with measurable milestones and timelines. Progress is tracked and reviewed regularly.

Program Expectations

Participants applying to Out the Matrix commit to a structured program with clear expectations. These requirements exist to maintain a safe, productive environment for everyone.

Participants may be required to:

Maintain cleanliness
Attend scheduled meetings
Participate in employment activities
Submit to program accountability procedures
Respect staff, residents, neighbors, and partners
Follow all court, probation, or parole requirements
Avoid violence, threats, theft, weapons, and illegal activity
Follow substance-free residence policies where applicable
