A shared living space with one other resident in a structured, supportive environment.

Relationships with property owners willing to provide second-chance rental opportunities for qualified participants.
Move-In Planning
Support with move-in logistics, basic furnishings, household supplies, and settling into a new living environment.
Rental-Readiness Education
Training on tenant rights, lease agreements, rent payment systems, landlord communication, and property maintenance.
Permanent Housing Transition
Long-term planning for participants ready to exit the program into stable, independent permanent housing.
