Out the Matrix welcomes applications from adults who are ready to participate actively in their own rebuilding. Each application is reviewed individually based on the applicant's circumstances, needs, and readiness.

Adults transitioning from rehabilitation or treatment
Individuals experiencing housing instability
Individuals referred by courts, probation, parole, hospitals, churches, nonprofits, families, or community programs
Potential Restrictions
The following circumstances may require additional review or may affect eligibility:
Active violent behavior
Unmanaged medical needs requiring clinical supervision
Immediate psychiatric crisis
Current conduct presenting a danger to others
Certain criminal-history restrictions based on housing location
Refusal to follow residence or program rules
Requirements beyond the program's current staffing or licensing capacity
