Discuss the preferred location and room arrangement
We talk through the location you're considering and whether a shared room or individual occupancy fits.
Review availability and accommodation requests
We review current availability and any accommodation request you raise.
Identify any separately arranged outside services
You identify services you plan to arrange independently with your own providers.
Receive a written housing quote and agreement
You receive the pricing, inclusions, and terms in writing before committing.
Confirm move-in arrangements
Once the agreement is settled, move-in logistics are confirmed.
Job-readiness and community-support opportunities are separate from housing terms. Their availability and inclusion are described on their own pages and are not part of a room-and-board agreement.
