Our Mission
Out the Matrix, Inc. provides structured, coordinated support for adults who are ready to rebuild their lives. Through transitional living assistance, employment preparation, rehabilitation coordination, mentorship, and life-skills development, we help participants create a stable, independent path forward.
We believe housing is the starting point, employment creates momentum, and structure builds stability. Our program brings these elements together into one coordinated reentry and stabilization pathway.

Our Approach to Reentry & Stabilization
We do not provide clinical treatment, medical care, or legal services directly. Our role is coordination, structure, accountability, and connection — bringing together the housing, employment, mentorship, and referral networks that make lasting stability possible.

Out the Matrix, Inc. is not a hospital, medical facility, licensed assisted-living facility, detoxification center, mental-health provider, or clinical treatment center.
