Included in Your Agreement
Meals and Housing-Related Services
Out the Matrix provides the accommodations, meals, and housing-related services identified in the resident's written agreement. Your agreement and written quote explain what is included, what costs extra, and the terms governing your stay.
Specific inclusions — such as utilities, furnishings, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, dietary accommodations, and accessibility features — vary by location and property. Please request location-specific details for the area you're considering rather than assuming a particular inclusion applies.
Note: The reported pricing range does not include personal care, nursing, treatment, or all services. Only the services listed in your written agreement are included.
Meals
Meal provision is part of the room-and-board offering. The specific meal arrangement is described in your written agreement and confirmed for your location.
Accommodations
Your room arrangement — shared or individual occupancy — is identified in your agreement, along with the property and location.

Monthly Pricing and Written Quotes
Before you enroll, we provide a written quote so you know exactly what you are agreeing to. Your quote should identify the following items.
Estimated pricing is not a quote, and a quote is not a guarantee of availability. We do not promise Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, benefits, or sponsorship coverage — if you hope to use a benefit or coverage source, please raise it with us so we can tell you honestly whether any arrangement exists.

Care Services Arranged Separately
Personal care, medication services, nursing, therapy, treatment, and ongoing protective supervision are not included in Out the Matrix's room-and-board offering. Residents may arrange those services directly with independent, appropriately licensed or authorized providers under separate agreements.
Out the Matrix's residential role is to provide room and board: accommodations, meals, and the housing-related services expressly included in each resident's written agreement.
This description does not limit Out the Matrix's obligations under applicable housing, safety, accessibility, reporting, or other law.
If You Need Care Services
- Arrange services directly with an independent, appropriately licensed or authorized provider.
- Those services are governed by separate agreements between you and that provider.
- Using an outside provider does not automatically exempt a property from licensing or permitting requirements.
- Ask us about the specific location so you can plan your own arrangements with full information.
